Our Services are designed for higher education institutions, including colleges, universities, and their authorized personnel. If you're using our Services on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
How You Can Use Our Services

Student Data & FERPA Compliance
We understand the importance of protecting student information. When handling student data covered by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we act as a school official with legitimate educational interests. We will:
- Use student data only for authorized educational purposes
- Implement appropriate security safeguards
- Not disclose student data without proper authorization
- Assist institutions in meeting their FERPA obligations
AI-Powered Features
Our Services use artificial intelligence to provide insights, predictions, and automated support. While we strive for accuracy, you understand that:
- AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified personnel
- Predictions are based on patterns and may not always be accurate
- Human judgment should be used for important decisions
- We continuously work to improve our AI models
Service Availability
We work hard to keep our Services running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Our Services are provided "as is" and we may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Make updates and improvements to enhance functionality
- Experience occasional interruptions or downtime
We'll do our best to notify you of any significant service disruptions.
Fees and Payment

Intellectual Property

Ending Your Service
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

- Your payment is overdue
- We're required to do so by law
- Continuing service poses a security risk
Upon termination, we'll provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export Your Data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, edTechniti will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Service interruptions or delays
- Decisions made based on AI-generated insights
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the incident.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless edTechniti from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Your Data or content you provide
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through our Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we can't reach a resolution, any disputes will be governed by the laws of the state where edTechniti is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and edTechniti. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.
